Jewelry Case

This is a jewelry case I designed and made for my youngest daughter. 
Her jewelry collection was growing and she needed a big enough
place to store everything.  A few years ago I had picked up some
exotic figured veneers.  This was the perfect project to use some of it. 
The exterior of the case has Madrone Burl.  The interior of the sliding
sides has tiger maple.  All the drawers are lined in velvet. 
The finish on this piece is just a wax finish. 
It was applied in several coats with a buffing between.
